WEDNESDAY 13: ARRIVE TO ROME

On arrival, you will be met by your private coach driver and start your orientation tour of
Rome. – The romantic capital of Italy is a living museum and a critical historical hub in
Europe. You will be surrounded by astounding ruins, intact architecture and remarkable
history.
Transfer and check-in at the hotel..
Dinner at a your own arrangements.

THURSDAY 14: ROME

Breakfast at your accommodation.
Morning guided tour exploring some of the many fantastic sights and monuments in this
remarkable city. Rome’s architecture is an incomparable time machine that takes you
back more than 2,000 years in history in a way that no other European city does:
wonderfully preserved monuments from the early Romans and buildings with distinctive
medieval, Renaissance and Baroque features.
Enjoy a tour of the incredible Colosseum, Italy’s most famous classical landmark – the
visit includes a walk through the underground passageways that proud gladiators and wild
animals would have used to enter the arena. We also visit the Roman Forum, the ancient
power centre of Rome, once the leading force of Western Civilization.

In the afternoon, visit Vatican City – the smallest independent nation in the world, a
country inside a nation, totally landlocked inside Rome. The Vatican is home to several historic churches – including St. Peter’s Basilica, museums and art pieces, like the Sistine
Chapel

FRIDAY 15: ROME – VENICE

Breakfast at your accommodation and check out.
Morning is free to rest, go shopping, or explore different Roman attractions on your own.
Time to purchase lunch at your own expense
Transfer to Rome train station and board your train to Venice (approximately 4 hours
ride).
Welcome to Venice – Home to marble palaces, colourful buildings, great piazzas and
narrow cobblestone streets, the Italian “Floating City” is an authentic piece of art.
The group will receive a 24h Vaporetto Pass to explore Venice.
Dinner at a your own arrangements.

Accom: Hotel Belle Epoque or similar in Venice – 2 nights.

SATURDAY 16: VENICE

Breakfast at your accommodation and check out
Enjoy a guided walking tour of Venice St Mark’s Square in the morning, dominated by the
magnificent Basilica di San Marco and the venerable Palazzo Ducale, or Doge’s Palace, an
impressive and marvellous building residence of the Venetian rulers.
The group will enjoy a guided visit to the St. Mark’s Basilica.

Time to purchase lunch at your own expense.

Next, take advantage of your Vaporetto pass to discover the city and its canals at your
own pace.

SUNDAY 17: VENICE – FLORENCE

Breakfast at your accommodation and check out,

Private charter bus to Florence (approx. 3 hours with bathroom stops) – Largely
considered one of the most remarkable cities in the world, it is no wonder that Florence
stands on top of the travelling wish list for so many! Nicknamed the “cradle of the
Renaissance,” the capital of Tuscany offers countless opportunities to interact with
spectacular art, culture and history.

Time to purchase lunch at your own expense.

Sightseeing guided walking tour – Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio,
Palazzo Pitti, Gates of Paradise, Giotto’s Bell Tower and the Duomo.

MONDAY 18: FLORENCE – NAPLES

Breakfast at your accommodation and check out
Board your private coach and drive to Naples (approximately 6-hour drive with stops for
lunch at your own expense).
Upon arrival to the city, private transfer to your accommodation.
Dinner at a your own arrangements.

Accom: Hotel Palazzo Salgar or similar in Naples – 1 night.

TUESDAY 19: POMPEII

Breakfast at your accommodation and check out.

Drive to Pompeii Archaeological Park for a half-day dedicated to exploring Pompeii, the
world-renowned town tragically buried by ash following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius
in 79AD. The volcanic ash that fell over the city covered everything except some of the
roofs of the taller buildings.
While it was abandoned and forgotten until its rediscovery in 1748, the ash ‘froze’
Pompeii and its people in time; having spent the best part of two millennia mired in ash,
Pompeii is considered the best-preserved Roman city in the world. The group will have a
guided tour of the shops, restaurants, and villas that made up this fascinating city and the
Amphitheatre and the Grand Theatre.

The afternoon is dedicated to attending the concert in the Pompeii area
Board your coach and drive back to Rome (approximately 2h30min)
